I bought bedding which I wish to return. I have written to customer services but have received no reply. It is impossible to contact them by phone. Since sending my email a couple of weeks ago, I have recent countless emails from House of Fraser inviting me to make purchases from them. In the light of their appalling service, I do not think it makes sense for me or anyone else to make further purchases from them. User's recommendation: Avoid.
