Recognition card

I wasnt complaining. Just wondered why my house of Fraser card and been stopped!! They say because it hadnt been used in a year, I dont understand why they have to discontinue it, whats the point, it means having to go through the rigmarole of getting a new card, which I just dont have time for. Thats all. Thank you. Jan
