I bought the web root virus protection from Best Buy. I tried to install it with the code given to me, and it was refused. I tried to get telephone help, and it did not resolve the issue. I then I went to web root itself, and they pointed out that I had problems with the fire wall and could be fixed for 110 dollars a year. This was a ripoff. it was 19.99 $ for to install it from Best Buy I down loaded Malewarebytes User's recommendation: I was told to bring the computer to Best Buy and they would install the web root virus protection.
