I had trouble downloading the driver so contacted support. Once he got control of my computer he tried to scam me out of money to clean it up claiming I was hacked by no less than 6 people. He would get rid of them for $250 to $450. He used scare tactics which proved bogus. I managed to download the driver my myself. User's recommendation: Hang up on BS support.
