Carfax has a incorrect accident on my husbands truck and we had the certified dealership review it and they say none of the damage that was on the Carfax was accurate. It has made the value of his truck go down by almost $15,000 and we are trying to get it removed and Carfax refuses to contact me and you cannot get a human being. This is the worst customer service Ive ever seen.
