Very disappointed wrong info given to me
i sent a parcel to Howick KZN on Thursday at 14-55pm at said before 3 pm i called the next day &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; i i was informed the parcel was on its way to Marline Turner before 5 pm on Friday its still not delivered i called again this morning spoke to Andrea who said they needed my phone number its still not delivered why wasnt I told this on Friday when I was told its in the road for delivery I need to be compensated as i had perishable items as well as spices in the Aramex parcel & gift its not the first time Im using Aramex I have sent Marline & my cousin the Bishop of Cape Town without any problems I can be contacted 073166**** User's recommendation: Don’t use Aramex.
