Extreme delay in delivery

Bought on bidorbuy. Seller used Aramex Dropbox service. Overnight parcel, collected and taken to depot on 05.08.2021. Not despatched till 10.08.2021. Every single person I have spoken to did not give me a reason that the parcel was not despatched on 06.08.2021. I have logged 3 complaints, 2 were closed after receiving an e-mail for 1 and a phone call for the other, where I was promised delivery before 12, and no resolution or follow up. Received parcel 10.08.2021. User's recommendation: Be extremely with Aramex South Africa.
