After Return no Refund money

I purchased Levi's Jeans from Levis online Official Site. Due to inferior quality, I return it. But after 15 days, I don't get my refund money. After several time email to Levi's customer Care, they Don't reply. This kind of fraudulent /Cheating doing. Totally disappointed. I want my refund ASAP. User's recommendation: Cheating to Customers & Worst quality products, Bad Customers Service.
