I have rather gotten used to Redmart missing one or two items from my orders. It is common for them... but I have grown to accept it because they always issue a refund. However, this last order was short by 15 items... The driver said they forgot to load one box into the van, but that was a lie. Just offered another refund... User's recommendation: I wish there was better competition in Singapore...service sucks!
