Company should be shut down and charged with fraud for stealing money from people, especially kids piggy banks in my case. Wal-Mart is getting involved with getting them straight out in my location and they reimbursed my money coming to me since Coinster refused to do so. Thanks Wal-Mart even though it was not your fault and had to come up with money that Coinstar was obligated to. User's recommendation: AVOID!!!!!!!!
