WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE UNIVERSE

For the last 3 months I have not received my cpap supplies and after numerous calls from the national office, it was FINALLY discovered that my blue cross health insurance wanted a down load of my usage of the machine. A technician was suppose to come to my house and I waited all day for a morning appointment only to not have them show up. User's recommendation: Find another supplier. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
