pay extra for a different service if you can. My mother has copd. The machine got knocked over and doesn't sound right. Called lincair on Wednesday. "We will have somebody out there tomorrow" 3 days have gone by and not even a call. If Monday comes and my mother needs to go to the hospital, legal action will be taken. User's recommendation: If you have any other option then take it. This isn't the first time they have screwed us. PEOPLES LIVES DEPEND ON THIS COMPANY TOO!
