I finally received my callback/meeting with Specialist, Bonnie, and she was able to resolve my issue; the new Autoblade that came with my new Cameo 4 was the culprit-it was defective, and she is send me a new one:-). She also was able to answer some other questions and has sent me links regarding same. Very happy with the end results!! User's recommendation: I’ve always recommend Silhouette over all other cutters!
