Unable to reach human to get answer

Original review updated by user Apr 19, 2021 Tried several lab Corp numbers to reach a human. After 20 minutes, I finally got through, but not until after I indicated I was a health provider. I am not a provider. I needed to know if the tests required fasting so Id know if I could eat breakfast first. Normally, my previous labs gave me this info before arrival. Im 75yrs old and Lab Corp ranks as having the worst customer service Ive experienced. The person I finally reached (after 1/2 hour+ of trying) easily located my lab orders and gave me the info I required. She was great. The process of reaching her was horrid. Hire enough customer service reps!!! Help reduce unemployment, improve the economy, and reduce customer frustration! User's recommendation: Go somewhere else.
