Yes, I went online and so scheduled for a Saturday appointment time in the location in Bellevue, WA. I took off work and moved my whole schedule around. They were closed when I showed up. Who lets someone schedule for an appointment on a day they are closed? What kind of poor business practice is that? Its ridiculous and I am upset!!!! User's recommendation: Stay away.
