Called establishment during Covid to cancel membership due to work injury, taking care of elderly parent, and not being able to do workouts with mask on face I thought this would be an easy process since my wife and numerous friends basically made a phone call to their gyms for whatever reasons they had to cancel And they had no issue whatsoever. Me on the other hand I would speak to them on the phone and they were totally disregarding what I would say or ask and would just keep talking over me. They later asked me for a doctors note In which my doctor sentstill not enough. User's recommendation: Stay away from this establishment, Unsympathetic no empathy for customers.
