Charge on my credit card that was not correct

On our flight from Atlanta to Lax California we bought several drinks and they double charged my card more than we had bought. I cant get my skymiles added to my American Express card which I would like to have added for points because I bought two round trip tickets to Califorina and back to Atlanta !! I would like to speak to customer service !! Calikates@***.com Glenda Kates User's recommendation: To be able to speak to someone in customer service.
