Frustratio

Last evening tried to reset Skymiles password and ID online but the system indicated that it could not do it. Called around 9PM EST and was on hold for close to an hour and their on line messaging option failed to respond adequately. Tried again this morning between 4AM and 5AM, SAME NON RESPONSE ( waiting more than an hour and messaging option a bust) thus far.
