On Tuesday May 2nd 2021, I booked a round-trip flight from your company in order to attend our sons wedding. It was an indirect flight from Dakar Senegal, to Washington DC, USA with only one stopover in New York, USA. Unfortunately, we were appalled by the overall poor customer service from the employees. Indeed, despite the fact that our luggage was checked-in online hours before the first flight to avoid delays, we were obligated to register our luggage again when we arrived at New York. That process took more than the allotted time we had for the stopover (45 minutes), and we ended up paying an extra $3500 to catch another onward flight. Needless to say, we were deeply disappointed by the discourtesy of the employees. User's recommendation: avoid delta airlines.
