I am pissed off! After spending thousands of dollars on airfare from Fort Myers to Athens I can't get through the call center to see if I answer can simply be able to change my return date. It took forever for initial reservation since the site would not allow the purchase of 2 tickets one using miles and one using cash. I had to buy $1100.00 more miles just to book then purchase separately. separately User's recommendation: Answer the phone!!
