Shattered glass door

Oven is just over a year old and middle glass pane shattered and GE will not cover it . They said it is $99.95 for tech to come out and then cost of part and installation charge . It is a defective product and they should cover this !!! I paid $850 for this oven and am very angry User's recommendation: Be aware of horrible customer service and poor products.
