He hooked up his computer and was able to get the washer to drain. Then I ran it through a wash cycle because the laundry had been sitting in the water for 3 days. It washed and went through that cycle. Then I put another light load, filled and did not complete the wash cycle. I turned it off changed dial to spin. I had to spin it twice to get a the water out. Why didn't he replace the timer part. Internet says that's the problem
