Been on hold for over 3 hours still holding

There is no reason it should take over 3 hours to talk to customer service. Your total lack of respect for your customers is sad at best. You have no respect for your customers time. If I did not have a credit there is no way I would travel your airlines. I will never book a flight with delta User's recommendation: Fly another airline.
