Changed Our Flight

Delta changed an upcoming international flight, adding 7.5 hours to the trip. When we try to modify the reservation online the system doesnt allow it. We have to call. So we did and got disconnected after 6.5 hours on hold. It is now 2:45am. PS the virtual assistant is useless too User's recommendation: Beware cheap fares offered by this airline.
