Terrible customer service EVER.

Yes there is still an issue. You replied but as I cant log in to my air bnb account I of course cant see your reply, so as requested, someone needs to phone me. Its pointless messaging me when I cant get access to log in, which is what I requested but knowone at air bnb bothers listening. I have been locked out for months and Im suppose to be a host ( which I cant be when Im locked out, completely crazy).
