I opened the accounts with BOTW in 09/2020 to take advantage of a promotion ($500 Cash Bonus). It's been over 9 months and I haven't seen any kind of money. And whenever I called the Customer Service center, they asked me to go to the local branch (where I also called a few times). It's so frustrated!! I will not recommend BOTW to anyone and will not do business with them again! User's recommendation: Don't do business with this bank!
