My wife show was canceled, thunder down under at Hinckly casino. She never got a email updating her that it was canceled , just one in October saying rescheduled. It was still up in Hincklys website as a go, and today she calls and now you send her a email, and it says showed canceled. Your company is a scam and a fraud. You will be held accountable, I am calling the credit card company, lawyer and putting you out there in social media along with hundreds of other people who got scammed by your company. I don’t want to go through your company ever again for anything. I want my money refunded and your company said it would be if canceled, your trying to steal peoples money , by blaming this on a pandemic. I don’t care if you buy through another company then sell your still liable and have the money. I want to hear back from a manager , or supervisor not a person just pushing a key for auto tex back. Your a fraud company and will be blasted as one.
