Event cancelled/ no refund or credit

I bought tickets to an event that was cancelled due to covid. I received an E mail saying that they can not afford to refund as they would go out of business if they refunded everybody during covid. Instead, they offered a credit ( $ 304.00 + 20% ) I am ready to use the credit but can not get any info on how to use the credit. Both the phone and chat are prompts and my issue is not a prompt choice. I was on hold over an hour to chat with an agent, but they never communicated.
