Resolved: Sucks!!!!

Update by user Mar 28, 2021 I received my tickets.!. Original review updated by user Mar 28, 2021 Talking with a customer service representative for 10 minutes after trying to explain what I have done so far she hung up on me. I finally contacted someone who knew his to find my tickets and resolved it. I thank her for that... User's recommendation: Stay away!
