After they took money out of my account without permission,canceled my phone order and then hung up on me many times by managers and refused 2 give me corporate number I really hate them. I did get my money back and my phone order but noone has contacted me from the company and I've never been a "karen" so not sure why they treat me like crap, I really want 2 talk to someone high up n the company 2 explain what the *** is going on User's recommendation: Stay away.
