SCREWED UP DELIVERY DATE

I SCHEDULED A DELIVERY DATE FOR JUNE 2, 2021 BECAUSE OF A DR'S APPT ON 6/1. IKEA CHANGED THE DELIVERY DATE WITHOUT CONTACTING ME TO JUNE 1, 2021. I CONTACTED THE DELIVERY SERVICE (NORTH AMERICAN LOGISTICS).THEY SAID I WOULD HAVE TO CONTACT IKEA BECAUSE THEY CAN'T MAKE ANY CHANGES. I HAVE SPENT THE PAST 2 HRS TRYING TO CONTACT TO CONTACT IKEA. User's recommendation: DO NOT SHOP IKEA -- THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD DEALINGS WITH.
