Hi! I have a problem with my IKEA Friheten couch (403.411.39). The couch itself is about 3,5 years old (dop: 2017-11-14), and the folding piece (the backrest in open position) slumps into the frame when the product is used as a bed. (Due to a broken piece in the backrest) I tried to resolve my complaint with the local (Hungarian) customer care service, but had no success. May I have a chance of you looking further into it? I really like IKEA products, but I find the durability of this product subpar, and I feel it should be fixed or returned regardless of the claimed 2 year warranty period.
