Avoid order online!

We have placed an order for 2K of furniture for our new flat. After over a month we still dont know if and when all the items will arrive.. we are talking to customer service weekly and they are sending sort of invoices with delivery confermation, but then the day arrive and either get cancelled or they just dont come! They are so messy and not able to provide real information! The worse pet is that is basically impossible to cancel the order as some parts of the furnitures has arrived a month ago( like drawers, a door, half sofa..) so u are basically stuck with them! I find this very disrespectful! They are just get advance of their name to scam people! User's recommendation: Do not order online! Trust all reviews you read about IKEA orders, don’t make my mistake!
