ORDER NOT DELIVERED!

I paid EXTRA to have my order DELIVERED. Paperwork CLEARLY says TODAY - I go online, cannot get a status, then notice it says delivery NEXT WEEK!! This place has "customer service" ONLY ON THE EAST COAST!! I WAITED ALL DAY FOR NOTHING!! THEY DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO CALL.... VERY BAD CUSTOMER "SERVICE". NNI'LL NEVER BUY User's recommendation: FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO SHOP.
