Incomplete delivery, refund via voucher only partial though other parts delivered cannot be used without delivered parts; unable to resolve any of the issues after 6 hours on the phone with ikea

Purchased a closet. They delivered shelves and drawers. Did not deliver the frame. Not in stock nor they know when and if it will be. They will send me a voucher only for the part they did not deliver. I have to go physically to their store if I want the money back on my credit card. Spent 6 hours on the customer service line without successfully returning the rest of the merchandise or getting my refund to original form of payment. I would not wish this experience to my worst enemy. User's recommendation: Avoid ikea at all costs.
