My television is broken

My home was broken into on Saturday I called onn because I had bought insurance on it and they told me to call walmart.tried calling all day no answer on their end.i paid 571 dollars for a 65 inch TV if someone doesn't replace this TV im out 571 dollars.money I don't have im a si gle parent of 3 with no job and now no tv.
