I purchased tge item. I only set up the profile such as name, country, email, etc when I first got it out the box. I have never used this computer at all. I have had it for months. I only had it out the box to setup and I put it back in the box. Months later, I charged it up for about 5 hours, powered it on and it does not work. When I power it on I get a blck screen with white words, it states, "EFI Shell version 2.70 [5.13] Device mapping table fso:HardDisk - Alias hd35d blk0 PciRoot (0x0)/Pci(0x1C,0x0)/ctrl(0x0)/HD(1,GPT,DD7FB9E7-8D9D-4E49-862D-04967E77F48FB,0x800,0x32000) I do not know what this means. I powered the computer off and waited a day. Powered it on and the same message and the message is longer on a black screen.
