I need to return 2 items

I went to USPS to return these 2 items to your company and USPS said that the tracking # you gave me isnt working. This isnt right as I now shouldnt have to pay to return these 2 items to get a refund of those 2 items back and also I cant seem to even talk to your company on the phone so its not very professional and I need this answer resolved today as Id like a full refund with no discounts or additional money taken off.
