Update by user Jul 23, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Original review posted by user Jun 18, 2021 I sent a box of 18 items. All in great condition and several never worn. Most were name brand like Cabi, Polo, Fabletics, etc. I kept receiving emails saying processing of my box was taking longer than expected. After two months, I received an email saying zero of my items were selected. Unfortunately, I chose to let them dispose of any unselected items not expecting there to be many. As a result, they got 18 great items and I got nothing, not even an explanation of what was wrong with my items. They are thieves and there is no reachable customer service. User's recommendation: Do not send items to Thredup.
