I wanted to cancel my account so I did a could months ago but I got another box at my old address. I went on again and deleted the account. I was going to keep a few things and send some back. But I can no longer get in to account to let them know I am only keeping part. And what to not charge me for. I cannot get a human being to speak to. The chat will not put you through to a person. The phone call message I just left is up in the air as to getting to someone in the company. I am pretty angry at this moment. If there was a score foe less than one I would give it. User's recommendation: Don’t so it.
