I sent an email regarding a tote I ordered. It did not match the advertised description. I tried to add photos but it did work. You need to see them to compare them with what you received.. I was contacted by ThreadUp and they gave me a credit for the handbag and told me to keep it. They could see from the photos that the tear was not minor &;;;;;;;;;;; the handle eventually break. User's recommendation: It's hard to tell from the photos how "used" an item is. If it doesn't match the their description, take photos and contact them.Explain a clearly as possible and include photos, they really help.
