Just straight up take my money, claim approved by agent then 20 days later no response, no update, say they need documents that already sent, either children run the show or most obvious that they are selling a scam... I would never personally recommend, and i definitely had a trip interruption, lets just say crawly things inside the bed, and room... A total nightmare, and a total wasted trip, and wasted money on an "insurance company" to take the correct actions.. User's recommendation: No.
