Charging me items don’t have

Ordered and sent some things back there still trying to charge me for what I sent back. I took pictures what I sent back. Made a payment they even gave me a credit to my account? I've tried to call sent a tex and even wrote a letter. Over month half ago still no responses but sent a bill for ? Tried to cancel catalogs but keep coming I just throw away. User's recommendation: No way.
