I get contacted by leads from different states where I cannot serve. I get charged by Thumbtack for being contacted by leads I cannot serve. I try to request refund but nothing happens. I try to contact customer service, it keeps sending me back to "automated" text service by saying that a live person will be chatting with you. There is no way for the vendor to break cycle as the automated chat keeps sending you to the same page where you originally requested refund and nothing happened. requested refun buut notheirn happenedthe User's recommendation: DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THUMBTACK.
