We had a major problem with a referral contractor from thumb tack , when we tried to get help They just gave us the runaround we are just a referral company , We dont check to see if a contractor is licensed nor are we responsible for any problems between client and contractor So bottom line they will refer any one just to get the sale This cost us over 5,000 dollars to fix.
