I ordered new kitchen appliances and had refrigerator install only. I While taking the old fridge out they saw there was a copper pipe going to the ice maker. He said he is not allowed to touch copper and that I had to turn the water off and take the pipe loose. No one asked me if I had copper in my kitchen when I bought nor during verification of appt. They certainly never told me that I may be responsible for a part of the install. When I told him I would have to see if my if my neighbor could help me he said he didnt have time fir that! User's recommendation: Shop elsewhere! I have been a loyal customer for years! Second bad experience!
