I placed an online order for curbside pick up. The lady that brought my order out was really nice. The problem is that I was given an item that is clearly used! I suspect that its a customer return. When my lawnmower was brought out it was fully assembled, I was expecting it to be in the box. At first I thought that it was a display item but it couldnt be. Its rusted, the wheels are scuffed up and filthy. And after taking it out of the back of my vehicle I now have grass clippings in my vehicle. The lady at customer service was really nice and she even offered to give me something off of it if I wanted to keep it but I declined. I paid for something new and I as given something used. User's recommendation: Do not use curbside pick up.
