Ridiculously horrible service

Getting over the horror of my last experience with Ashley 5 years ago I tried to call them today. No one even answers the phone. It's 2 on a Friday afternoon and no one answers the phone at any of seven stores in Delaware. Are you out of your mind? what is the whole process of buying furniture become? they don't stock any of the products for you to see or feel or touch, yet you're supposed to buy them sight unseen without so much as sitting on them, and then be stuck with whatever you get. What do they call that? Is that service? Get real! User's recommendation: Make your own furniture. At least you know what you have!'.
