Damaged pieces

I received my bed room furniture with the headboard piece broken. I was still waiting for another box to arrive before I called in the damaged piece. Box arrived barely in tact, 3 pieces broken, so I phoned on a Monday. The gal was nice, took my info said she would expedite the shipping. Phoned the following week on a Thursday to see if there was a tracking number. After looking into my order and speaking with a lady, she mentioned the expedite shipping is really not a thing. And my order wouldnt be shipped until the first of July! So unhappy with Ashley Furniture. User's recommendation: Ashly has nice furniture, but the shipping or back order is horrible!
