I have never had a piece of furniture made by Ashley that disappointed me, up until now. I just bought a Ashley by Design reclining couch, and it is the most uncomfortable thing ever. Furthermore, I can't use the foot rest because the board actually cuts into my ankle. I am so unhappy and since it was bought from a retailer that sales Ashley they won't do anything about it. So now my old User's recommendation: Don't ever buy furniture without first testing it out in store. COVID prevented us from doing so yet we ordered it anyway. MISTAKE.
